Need anwers please help scared

Woke up last night with awful chest pain went to ER thry did EKG's (2) blood work and Chest x-rays they said they were 80 % it wasn't my heart but if I stayed over night they would be 98% after other test...I said no and left..I mean all the test came back negative what made me think they would change.....they also treated me for Acid reflux..but that wasn't it either.....I told the doctor about my implants and having them removed about 4 years ago and could it be a muscle spasms...he said unlikly after 4 years..... I came home and took a muscle relaxers which hasn't helped....next I'm gonna take a vicodin..it's a sharpe pain right in the middle of my left breast.
