Does anyone know whether there have been any problems with digesting

the SCD Multivitamins at Lucy's website? My daughter is just getting

out of a flair-up and I want to be sure this won't throw her back

again. Thanks in advance.

I am assuming you mean Freeda, which are the recommended vitamins for SCD. They

contin no starch, sugar, yeast or soy and should not be a problem.

Hi Crystal,

> Does anyone know if all the freeda bvitamins are dairy free as well.

The Freeda SCD B Complex with C and Zinc doesn't list any form of

dairy and also says it is lactose free -which it would be since no

dairy :)

I didn't check the others because they have a huge list. Did you have

a particular one in mind?
