Some people on the list may use homeopathic reedies and hopefully

I use garlic or tea/soup with garlic and ginger (my kids won't touch

if I add ginger but will do either separately. ie ginger and honey

or garlic, onion, little cayenne and salt brewed together and

strained.) I also use GSE.

Are you currently using yogurt? If so you may wish to increase the maount as it

counters

the effect of anti biotic on the gut.
