Guest guest
Hi, Does anyone have a good pizza crust recipe that doesn't crumble after its baked. I used the one in BTVC last night and it was okay but I thought I would see if anyone has one that holds together better. Thanks, McNally mcnally5@... Why Wait? Move to EarthLink. Guest guest
I use the chicken pancake recipe to make pizza crusts. I make one full recipe, divide the batter in half and prepare as two large pancakes. I cook them on a lower heat than usual to allow the one side to cook completely without burning. Then I use two spatualas and flip the large pancake over. Once they are done, I put sauce, toppings and shredded cheese on. I bake them at 350 for about 5-8 minutes, just until the cheese melts. Also, depending on your pie pan you may want to double it. Take care, Fay
