Hi Hailey,

Well, that is the million dollar question. If we could find a sure-fire way to

stop and reverse autoimmunity, the medical profession would have hit a payload

that would make millions of people rejoice, and the one who discovers the answer

to that question immeasurably wealthy. There are millions of people all over

the world suffering from various forms of autoimmunity and statistics show that

this number is rising at alarming rates. There are no cures for autoimmunity,

only bandaids to make symptoms lessen.

Currently, the medical world uses prednisone to calm down an overactive immune

system and reduce inflammation. These are steroids. Prednisone is synthetic

cortisol. I have heard women say that getting on prednisone makes them feel

like a million bucks. It really does calm down that autoimmune response. The

problem is that using prednisone for extended time periods is toxic to the body.

It produces " moon face " and buffalo hump, weight gain, and more.

That is in the traditional medical paradigm. The natural medicine world

approaches autoimmunity differently, having recognized that autoimmunity is

often a sign of toxicity. Therefore, detoxing is a primary mode of trying to

reduce the symptoms of autoimmunity. For some people this works and helps put

the disease into remission.

When I first got sick from implants, and showed abnormal blood work with an

elevated rheumatoid factor, I started researching stories of people who got

better from autoimmune diseases. I found them. People who " cured " their

Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, diabetes, and more, through

diet and detoxing. The allopathic, traditional medical world claims that

autoimmune diseases are incurable. It's very frightening. So, these claims that

these people made about being " cured " were astounding to me and I wanted to find

out more. It gives hope.

I found that the common denominator with these people who were better was that

they paid attention to their diet and made sweeping changes that brought about

slow healing. Some also underwent dental revisions that removed toxic metals

and did other detoxing therapies in conjunction with the revised diet, such as

infrared sauna, liver flushes, chelation therapy, and fasting. The dietary

changes included fasting, consuming freshly extracted juices, eating an

exclusively raw diet, excluding allergenic foods such as dairy, eggs, nuts,

shellfish, nightshade vegetables, wheat, gluten, sugar, and whatever else that

they had found produced an abnormal response in their diet.

It was not always easy to discover what works ...sometimes you have to literally

start from " scratch " to find out what you are reacting to. (Eating practically

nothing and slowly adding in foods to find out what is safe to eat.) Many

autistic kids have to radically change their diet. Allegies can be to the most

surprising foods, stuff that you've eaten all your life, but are suddenly

allergic to.

Fats seem to play an important role. Saturated fats promote inflammation.

Omega-3 fats seem to reverse inflammation, so a diet low in saturated fats from

animal foods, while higher in the omega fats from fish are healthy.

Some of these people who healed went totally raw and healed completely on a diet

of only raw foods. They threw away their stoves and microwaves. Radical stuff!

But it brought about healing!

These are some of the people and/or books I read about who cured their

illnesses:

Rhonda Malkmus (Hallelujah Acres) cured her rheumatoid arthritis on a raw foods

diet. She has a raw foods cookbook out.

MacDougal cured his Multiple Sclerosis on his famous MacDougal diet that

removes all dairy, sugar, wheat, and more. This can be found on the internet.

The Juice Lady (I cannot remember her full name...Joanne something...she wrote a

book about her healing, which I obtained and read...I even corresponded with her

on the telephone..she lived in Florida), cured her scleroderma on a juice diet.

Sadly, she had breast implants and eventually died of lung cancer.

Dr. Fuhrman talks about patients of his who cured their lupus, RA, diabetes

and more in his book " Fasting and Eating for Health " .

Dr. Hal Huggins talks about the patients with Multiple Sclerosis who were healed

by removing their toxic dental work, in his book " It's all in your Head. "

Dr. Weil talks about people whose lupus went into remission in his book

" Spontaneous Healing " .

I've read testimonies of people who cured their lupus with liver flushes on

curezone.

These are just some of the stories I've read over the years, so in answer to

your question " How to stop or reverse an autoimmune reaction " , my suggestions

would be to focus on detoxing, and radically changing your diet to an

" anti-inflammatory " one.

Dr. Weil has an " anti-inflammatory diet " discussed in his book " Healthy

Aging " , or you can find it on the internet. I might have even posted it on our

website in the files. I will look.

I would make suggestions to include the following:

Take Isocort to help with the adrenal glands and their output of cortisol.

Isocort can be purchased on the Internet, and is for those needing adrenal

support.

Cut out all animal products that are high in saturated fats. No dairy, meat,

cheese, or anything from an animal. YOu want to reduce inflammation.

Eat fish for protein in small amounts. The Omega 3's will help reduce

inflammation. Take fish oil caps, or evening primrose oil, or flaxseed oil.

Eat a raw food diet.

Fast for a few days.

Do a liver flush if you can.

I hope this helps you Hailey...I apologize that it took me so long to get back

to you.

Have a beautiful and blessed Easter.

With love,

Patty

What about lowering TGF level/inflammation? Will it ever stop, since I've had it

5 years even though my implants have been out for over a year?

patty;

am wondering if youve ever heard that all autoimmune diseases have inflammation at the base?

thanks.
