Marital changes post-bypass

I too, had concerns about changes in the marriage post-op.It was one of

my many pre-op concerns.The reading I did seemed to point to more abusive

relationships,where the " thin " spouse sort of holds the overweight spouse in

an emotional jail.When the inmate loses weight,they are freed from an abusive

relationship,and feel they have enough confidence to move on. This didn't

really apply to me,although it is fun getting compliments from guys,but I

save my " new self " for my hubby......and neither of us are disappointed! Good

luck in your research.I think this even sparked a monthly meeting subject in

March if I'm not misstaken.....Stevie?Steve?
