Guest guest
How much is it stay at Duke Towers? Do they offer complementary transportation to the hospital? I will probably be alone and since I cannot drive I want to cut costs as much as possible. Thank You, Lara {{{{HUGS}}}}

Guest guest
I just reserved for 6 nights at Duke Towers at $65 per night. Tell them you are Dr. R's patient and they knock off some. I spent hours and hours researching places to stay. I wanted a place with a kitchen so all the non-suite motels and hotels were out. Most of the other suite hotels were $100 plus per night. Duke Towers has a pool, so if you are coming with family members it gives them something to do. We are renting a car and I'd be happy to give anyone staying at Towers a ride to clinic on the 30th and to the hospital on the 31st. There's also a place called Hawthorn Suites that Steve Parsons told me about. They have a national website and they have a few locations in Raleigh/Durham. A studio is $59 a night. Good Luck, Toni Lieb

The cost was $65.00 per night, with the medical discount; normally runs $75.00 per night. The reason I chose it was the seperate bedroom and living room, which is wonderful when you are recouperating and have someone with you. In addition, it was nice to have the laundry right on premises and Wal-mart/K-mart, Dr. R and hospital close. Hope this helps. in Colorado
