Guest guest
No, recipe I'm referring to is at http://www.pecanbread.com under crackers. The recipe is called Sandy's crackers. The ingredients include cashews, baking soda, orange juice and oil. I can't figure out how to get the ingredients to hold together. Any ideas?? > > > > I'm not sure what website the Sandy's crackers recipe is on. > > Eileen, > " Sand Cookies " are on page 155 of Grain-Free Goumet. Guest guest
When i make these, i roll the dough out into a 'log' in saran wrap and then freeze until cold enough to slice. Mine sure aren't pretty, but they are quite tasty.....good with hazelnut flour. I find that they really are more like a cookie than a cracker. certainly not anything for diping with. They keep for a long time...i put them in a non- airtight container, on a sheet of paper towel, and have had them last a couple of months. [i forgot where i hid them, lol] hope this helps, cindy,IBS SCD 4 months brady, ASD, CP SCD 4 months
