Steph,

To be better able to answer your question, it would help to know why you are

avoiding eggs, nuts and dairy.

Is your son actually truly allergic to these foods? (IgE)

Hives, swelling, anaphylaxis, etc.

If not, what actually happens when he eats them?

As I mentioned, we will be trying eggs shortly but we don't want to

introduce to much to soon and adding dairy maybe at 6mos as many

asd/scd people do. It is confirmed that gluten is definately an issue

and almonds give him a mild hive reaction. We are just trying to plan

what he can eat so he is successful from the beginning when things are

more limited.
