Anxiety - natural, legal remedy

Hello, friends,

Has anyone found a natural, SCD legal remedy, either herbal or

otherwise, for anxiety that occurs when we're afraid we won't make it

to the bathroom?

Well, I don't know if it will help with the particular issue that is

causing anxiety, but GABA works really well with helping my son be

calm in anxiety provoking situations.
