I went on to the Natural Factors web site and ordered Niacin, Calcium/Magnesium 250mg equal proportions and Vitamin C with the added bits and bobs. My real problem is with the Vitamin B Complex, as I really want to take this one. > > Bee, is there a web site that has all of those ingredients in one capsule for the Vitamin B Complex on-line? ==>Natural Factors does - that's what I get. In fact I listed the B vitamins from my Natural Factors' bottle. > > Also, I am not sure what Sodium Ascorbate is? ==>Sodium Ascorbate is Vitamin C, which is ascorbic acid crystals mixed with baking soda (equal amounts are mixed together, and water is added to take it). See the Vitamin C Folder for details. Bee >
Guest guest
Ok, my dear, "list-mates" (humm, do you already have a group name that is pertaining to the "members" of the list? Like, Ex-Saliners? Or Saline-Xers? Am thinking of a term that would depict a sense of belongingness to the group. Anyway, do suggest if there's still none.)Anyway, back to the topic at hand, can anyone describe exactly what you feel when you use the term "fogginess", help me figure out first the exact description of what you feel. Maybe others are using the term incorrectly, that way, we can all agree on the same symptom when we are talking about it.Regarding Vitamin B12, well, my comment on this would be, most B group vitamins are usually given for nerve-related problems. We usually prescribe, Vitamin-B complex to people with complaints of numbness, or the like.In patients who come to the hospital unconscious, usually from alcohol intoxication or "alcohol coma", we just infuse and mix vitamin B complex on the IV fluids and everything goes well.In my opinion, the most important among the B group is the Vitamin B1, thiamine, you can read more about it at:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ThiamineWe usually advise our patients to take brown rice, instead of the over-polished rice... brown sugar, instead of the bleached white sugar.Do read the link and please email me the symptoms that you experience when you say fogginess... like when you experience that, are you able to do or not do the following:- drive- write the alphabets forwards and backwards- recite the alphabets forwards and backwards- count 20 to 1- recall and recite your SSS number- recall details like what color of dress you wore the previous days of the weekAlso if it is accompanied by the following:- headache  - location (entire head, forehead only, temporal, base of the skull, one side only  - is it continuous, stops every 15mins, stops when you take meds, etc  - it is aggravated by sunlight, eye strain, noise, a certain scent  - does it change its location or always on the same area- nausea- flushes- fainting spells- difficulty in breathing- cramps- hyperacidityLets try to analyze all your symptoms one by one, so that we can find the symptoms that are all present on all implantees. Then we can find better ways of approaching the problem, and find a systematic way of getting a cure.I can guide all of you throughout your conditions and be there till we find that you are all well, and that all of your experiences would just be a thing of the past.- From: DGRAHAMA@... <DGRAHAMA@...>Subject: Re: Re: Progesterone Cream Date: Tuesday, May 19, 2009, 9:49 PM Hi PH ~ Sounds like you are doing so much better, but still have some issues to finish your puzzel.  When I read the below article, I thought of you, so you might wanna read it......its about B-12........ Guest guest
Hi , For me, fogginess is where I feel a mix of dizzy and inability to concentrate normally. I just get this feeling of heaviness in my head, and for me it seemed like I felt a dull ache in my temples. Blurry vision used to be a problem when I'd get brain fog but that piece of it went away after explant. Guest guest
Hi , For me, fogginess is where I feel a mix of dizzy and inability to concentrate normally. - Do you have accompanying memory loss or inability or difficulty in remembering or recalling events of stuff?I just get this feeling of heaviness in my head, and for me it seemed like I felt a dull ache in my temples.- is it only on the temporal area or does it radiate or spread to other areas? When you say "dull" are you saying that it a continuous pain that is tolerable? From a pain scale of 1-10, 10 being the most painful, how do you rate the pain? Blurry vision used to be a problem when I'd get brain fog but that piece of it went away after explant. - is the blurring of vision before continuous or does it come in short pulses or just once every episode? Guest guest
> > Dear Bee and All, > > I can't thank you enough for creating the Candida support group: it is an invaluable tool for self-healing, and I'm very grateful for it. My question is about the Vitamin B supplements: > > -I haven't been able to find a complex that has the different vitamins in the amounts required by the program. That is to say that I am taking more than 50 mg of certain components. Is it better to take more, to take less, or should I buy each vitamin separately if that is an option? +++Hi Helene. The correct balance of B vitamins is found in Natural Factors brand Hi-Potency B Complex, available at iHerb: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php +++No, do not buy separate Bs. > > -Also, it would help me to know whether members of the group found it difficult to increase good fats to 60% and reduce their protein intake to 20%. I don't mean to be whiny, but I find it very hard. I'm eating way more proteins than I should right now, and I have gained a lot of weight. If people have tips to share on how to reach a balance, I would be very grateful to hear from them! +++Do it very slowly and gradually according to Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php +++Don't be as concerned about how much protein you eat, but if you aren't able to consume enough good fats and you've lowered your carbs too fast, you can get constipated.
