Guest guest
Hi there, It is Lara again. I have a question. They need medical records of significance, nothing like bruises etc. What qualifies as significant. I had a C-section and my medical records are over 100 pages long. And I, yes I said I, have to pay $1 a page. Do they need sonogram results? Do they need lab work results? Or do they just need discharge summary, surgical procedure and follow up. My incision got infected and had to have a home nurse come to clean it. Do they need that information as well? Thanks for the help!!!
