You are in my prayers. My advice...don't be shy about speaking openly and

honestly about your quality of life and your medical conditions which result

from your weight. Ask them to consider if you were a member of their family

who was fighting for their life how they would decide.

Stand tall and know that God will give you the words you need for them to

hear.
