Guest guest Posted April 20, 2009 Report Share Posted April 20, 2009 My Dad, since he started with the gynecomasty and had the radiation has started having swollen breasts again off and on and has found that the neuropathy goes wild too......so I decided to look up estrogens and foods and these are some of what I found. The list of foods high in estrogens are what he has eaten mostly lately, so he is going to modify his diet......and see what changes he has...... I think this is something that is affecting many people and will see great improvements if they choose foods accordingly.... The same goes with foods and your thyroid, I will post some info on it in a separate email.....just some food for thought.......
