My Dad, since he started with the gynecomasty and had the radiation has started having swollen breasts again off and on and has found that

the neuropathy goes wild too......so I decided to look up estrogens and foods and these are some of what I found. The list of foods high in estrogens are what he has eaten mostly lately, so he is going to modify

his diet......and see what changes he has......

I think this is something that is affecting many people and will see great improvements if they choose foods accordingly....

The same goes with foods and your thyroid, I will post some info

on it in a separate email.....just some food for thought.......
