Guest guest
What is the stool that we are aiming for? I have no idea what a perfect stool is supposed to look like. I've noticed that mine are light-colored, not terribly formed but not quite diarrhea either. I don't know what they're supposed to look like, or how to get them to look better. I've read that some people give taurine to make stools darker. Are they supposed to be darker? Do lighter-colored stools mean that we need more taurine in our diet? I guess it would help to know more about what I'm supposed to be aiming for and how to get there. Thanks in advance, Marilyn leaky gut, low thyroid/adrenal, SCD 3 weeks
