Unlike GFCF, where you're taught not to even touch the stuff, SCD is all about gut healing. Things that might get into the body through the skin wouldn't affect gut healing - only things you eat. Also, there Daily Lotion, which has evening primrose oil in it, is wonderful for eczema.
