Singles, not mixtures are legal:

Among legal examples:

basil, oregano, cinnamon, cloves, thyme, rosemary, parsley, tarragon, oregano,

bay leaf,

bell pepper are allowed.

Not permitted:

All purpose seasonings, apple pie spice, all seasons salt, barbecue

Asafoetida Powder, and other combinations and powders are not allowed. garlic

and

onion powder are also not to be used but we cabn make these in a dehydrator or

low oven

If you do a search, there is a long alpabetical list on the website which would

take too

much time to list item by item. So keep it single and then make your own

mixtures.

" Natural flavors " on a label means it's not SCD compliant as these can contain

just about

anything.
