Can anyone recommend a cookie that looks like a " normal " cookie and has the

same crunchy texture of a " normal " cookie. I have looked through lots of

recipes but just wanted a personal recommendation so I don't waste lots of time

and

money on something she won't eat. Thanks so much.

In grain free gourmet, butter-pecan cookies, I found is really yummy, re-bake

them on 170F for 2 hours, and they're really crunchy!

Hi ,

I really like (as do my kiddies) Lucy's cinnamon cookies. You can

bake them moist or crunchy (lower the oven and let dry out to get

a " crunch " ).
