I am not sure what is going on but others (with AOL) have reported

the same problem. Besides reading from Yahoo, I also receive the

pecanbread emails at a free Hotamil account - maybe that would work

for you?

Have you tried nut yoghurt? Some fare a bit better with that than

probiotics.

I couldn't find this one exactly, but the version with FOS contains

bifido bacteria which are strongly discouraged on SCD. The only

bacteria Elaine recommended in probiotics was L. acidophilus. Many

(self included) have had trouble with bifdum bacteria when on the

diet.

The ASDplex doesn't seem to have any SCD illegals. Their website

suggests adding it to their Dr. Smoothie Fruit mix. This mix is not

SCD legal - it contains gums and other SCD illegals. The site says

it is SCD legal and endorsed, but it is not.
