I have been wanting to have saline breast implants for years. I am 36 years old

and have three children and I am still an A cup!!!! I hate it!!!! I also have

scoliosis rods in my back so one of my breasts looks smaller than the other. I

am depressed ALL the time and the only way I think I will be happy is if I have

saline breast implants. If anyone out there is an A cup and has had your

implants removed please let me know.

Thank-you,

I would like you to ask your cosmetic surgeon near you to try other alternatives. In my practice, we do fat grafting and also stem cell nourishment / propagation, which gives a more natural outcome than saline implants and without the risks. From: karenharlan@... <karenharlan@...>Subject: Are there any women who are an A cup???? Honey, please do not have anything done to your breasts. It will destroy your precious life, and women who have small breasts look more beautiful than women who have breast implants.

Most of us who have been there regret having had breast implants. I was an A cup; however, after breast implants, I have only one breast. Plus breast implants take away most of the feeling in your breasts. My breasts are dead, and before the implants were removed they were too painful to be touched.

Honey, please do some research, and you will find that it is not worth the pain and suffering...love to you....Lea

Thanks for responding. So, how old were you when you had implants? Did you have saline ones? How long did you have them in before you started getting sick? Were you an A cup??? Did you like the way you looked after you had your implants? I am depressed everyday because I hate the way my breasts look. My husband can't handle me complaining about my breasts all the time. He gets upset with me because I'm so insecure and I compare my self to other women all the time!!!! My husband says he just wants me to be happy. I'm so insecure I can't even go any where. Please help me. I really thought the implants would help me be happy with myself.

I have a natural C cup (no implants). I hate them because they are big on my

small height. I wear a small bra that sucks me in for social occasions when I

want to look good, and that pushes me down to looking like a B. I think small

breasts are so much more attractive!!! As well, they don't get in the way.

Hi ,

I am an A cup, had C-size implants, and terribly regret the decision to implant.

I was healthy, athletic and happy with everything but my breast-size so I was

implanted in 2001. For 5 years I felt healthy but then my implants deteriorated

(a natural occurence as the body " attacks " the implants as they are a foreign

object). As a result, I had many MS-like symptoms (blindness, brain fog,

fatigue, numbness...so debilitating I had to quit my job and could barely take

care of my children, let alone myself).

It's been a rough 2 1/2 years regaining my health...a nightmare for all of my

family. My doc knows about the dangers of implants, as she had nose work and a

chin implant and within 6 months developed asthma and autoimmune symptoms. She

told me, " In hindsight there was nothing wrong with my chin or nose...there was

something wrong with my mind in believing that I wasn't beautiful/good

enough. " ...so true.

Please do not put your family or yourself at risk. I resesarched and went to

the top plastic surgeon. I was super healthy and now going out for one evening

puts me in bed for 2 days. Sometimes just climbing the stairs leaves me

exhausted and " spacy " . It's just not worth it.

You'll see women who look as though they are healthy with the implants (I looked

healthy) but you don't realize all the damage that is being done to your immune

system and liver until it's too late.

Thanks for your response but how would you like to be 36 years old and be flat chested??? I feel so ugly. I hate the way I look in my clothes and I'm too embarrassed to wear a bathing suit!!! I have had 3 kids and they shrunk back to an A cup. After my first child was born they gave me a pill to dry up my milk and I don't know if that makes you shrink. I just wish I could look like a NORMAL woman.

Just to add to what PH said...

Please don't get the implants. In my case, I do not have implants but I do have

MS that is very debilitating, and I strongly believe that the MS in my case was

caused by various unnatural things that I put in my body such as huge amounts of

aspartame (diet soda), cigarettes, vaccines (including adult vaccinations), and

various metals in my mouth.

Breast implants are similarly a toxic substance....

I realize now that the body is not meant to have foreign objects in it--The body

perceives these things as toxins and wreaks havoc on the immune system in a

large majority of cases. It is so not worth the risks.

all i can say is that there are many "normal" women with flat A cups. lots and lots. i have at least 5 girlfriends that have very small breasts.

i got my implants when i was 30. very flat and deflated from nursing my son for 9 months. i loved them at first, just loved them. it was about 3 or 4 months later that i realized i was gaining weight quickly, without any outside changes. i gained 30 pounds in 3 years and no matter how much i exercised or watched what i ate it stuck. they ended up being DD monsters. i hated them. i started having panic attacks, heart palpitations, brain fog, every time i drove i would get dizzy. i didn't know what the hell was wrong with me but i wanted it to stop. i suffered with depression for the first time in my life. i had another baby and didn't even enjoy the first year with her, i honestly could barely function. i had them taken out in december and i feel so much better. i have lost 25 pounds, just like that. i almost feel like my old self, almost.

it is hard when you want something so badly, i know first hand that nothing anyone else says can change your mind. if you go down the path of implants i wish you lots of luck. i hope it works out for you. i would be happy to have my small breasts without scars and the sag from now having the implants removed. but i love my small breasts now, i think they are awesome. maybe it is a journey i had to take to realize that my body is wonderful, just the way it is. i know that having the horrible experience from my implants has made me appreciate my health and my life more than before, so if that was my lesson it was worth it in that sense.

you can't think you can put two foreign objects made of silicone (even though filled with saline) into your body and not have repercussions, you just can't. your body will break them down at some point and there is consequence to that.

it is hard not to buy into the hype that big boobs are IT and they will fix things. i hope you find another way.

good luck.

Hi ,

You are not alone in the way you feel. I also used to feel this way about my

bustline after having my children. I really hated my breasts, which is really

hard to believe now that I have learned to love them the way they are! It is a

totally change of mind...a change in my thinking patterns about them.

I had saline implants and had mine removed. I pretty much went back to the size

I was before implants, and I am fine with them. I have actually gained a little

weight in the past decade since having them removed, and I know that the added

weight has increased my bustline, but right after explant and lift I went back

to my former size.

I used to believe that implants were the only thing that would make me happy

since I was so unhappy with my figure. And, for a few months, I was satisfied

with them, though not completely. They were hard and unnatural looking...great

in clothes, but not in swimsuits.

Then I got sick and the most important thing in my life at that time was getting

my health back so I could be the same wife and mother that I was before. It was

devastating how sick I was. The boobs just didn't matter at all at that point.

So, there is a secret to getting beyond the depression and the dissatisfaction

with our breast size...and it is learning to realize that we have value that

goes much, much deeper than a pair of larger breasts. I had to get my eyes off

the breast size completely, and start looking at myself as a whole person that

God loved very much, and that He knew all of my desires, hurts, needs, and

purposes better than I knew them myself. When my outlook on life started

matching up with His purposes for me, and His truths as found in His Word, then

everything started falling into place. I started experiencing joy like I had

never known before! I had peace and a feeling of being liberated from the

chains that I had let myself be bound with--the chains of the lies of Hollywood,

the media and the " beautiful people " , that I had to look a certain way to be

attractive.

I found that the time I invested in becoming more beautiful on the inside was

much more rewarding than the time I spent investing on the outward appearance.

Outward beauty fades and goes away...inward beauty lasts forever, and hopefully

grows more and more beautiful as the years go by.

I hope that helps give another perspective...

Implants are not all they are cracked up to be...I know that from experience. I

would hate to have implants now. I love the real me that God made best of all.

I wish all women would realize that they are beautiful naturally, and that

implants are too risky....they are truly dangerous!

Take care and God bless,

Patty

Hi ,

I can relate to EVERYTHING you just wrote. That's why I got the implants. At

age 32 I was an asymmetrical A cup and saggy from nursing. I was so deformed

that you couldn't even see my nipple because the skin around it had collapsed.

It wasn't pretty in the least. However, I would give anything to have my ugly

chest back if I could have my health back too.

I had salines. Don't be fooled. Drs will tell you that they are safer but it's

not true. Salines have silicone shells. ALL implants are comprised of

dangerous neurotoxic, carcinogenic chemicals. My first symptom started after 6

months of implantation (gut issues). All docs told me it was not related to the

implants and not to worry about it. I believed them. I felt very healthy

otherwise but at year 5 I developed autoimmune issues. I've since learned that

gut issues are quite common w/ implanted women as are various autoimmune

illnesses.

You won't know how long it takes you to become ill. It could be immediately, it

could be 5 years or it could be 10...for everyone it is different. However,

once you become ill it is a struggle like you wouldn't believe to regain it. I

still can't believe this has happened to me!!

And no, they were not pretty. They looked fake and they weren't soft like

natural breast tissue. It's really not worth it.

One other reason I would caution you against breast implants is that you

mentioned you have rods in your back. That alone is enough for your body to

handle. My plastic surgeon who explanted me said that she has noticed that

women who have metals in their mouth have a harder time recovering from implant

illness because there can be chemical reactions between the metals and

chemicals.

I too can relate to the depression and to comparing myself to other women before

and after I had implants. Now, those insecure thoughts of comparison don't even

cross my mind. Breast implants won't make you happy. What will make you happy

is self-love and self-acceptance. For me, the only way I was able to find that

was through spirituality and taking care of myself. Don't rely on the media to

tell you what you should look like or who you should be. Rely on what YOU

really want out of life for yourself.

Thanks for the answers. Now I don't feel like I'm the only one who feels this way. I'm glad you told me what your doctor said about the metal. I'm not sure what you meant about having metal in your mouth? I had major scoliosis surgery. I have 2 metal rods all the way down my back keeping my spine straight. The rods I have are fused together and wired to each vertebrae in my spine. My breasts don't sag. I just don't have but a little more than a nipple. Looks like I'm a 9 year old. lol When you said gut problems did you mean diarrhea? Also, I was wondering did your husband like your implants? The way they looked??? I always wondered if men like them better than our A cups. Are you still having illnesses from your implants now? What was your autoimmune symptoms???

Thanks,

Hi ,I can relate to EVERYTHING you just wrote. That's why I got the implants. At age 32 I was an asymmetrical A cup and saggy from nursing. I was so deformed that you couldn't even see my nipple because the skin around it had collapsed. It wasn't pretty in the least. However, I would give anything to have my ugly chest back if I could have my health back too.I had salines. Don't be fooled. Drs will tell you that they are safer but it's not true. Thanks for the advice. You have helped me see things a little differently. I just don't know howto stop letting other women bother me. I don't want my husband to think someone looks better than me when we are at a water park, for example. I get reallt nervous and upset. I wish I could be happy and stop trying to keep my husband from noticing other women that I think he will think they look better than me.

Hi ,You are not alone in the way you feel. I also used to feel this way about my bustline after having my children. I really hated my breasts, which is really hard to believe now that I have learned to love them the way they are! It is a totally change of mind...a change in my thinking patterns about them.I had saline implants and had mine removed. I pretty much went back to the size I was before implants, and I am fine with them. I have actually gained a little weight in the past decade since having them removed, and I know that the added weight has increased my bustline, but right after explant and lift I went back to my former size.I used to believe that implants were the only thing that would make me happy since I was so unhappy with my figure. And, for a few months, I was satisfied with them, though not completely. They were hard and unnatural looking...great in clothes, but not in swimsuits. Then I got sick and

the most important thing in my life at that time was getting my health back so I could be the same wife and mother that I was before. It was devastating how sick I was. The boobs just didn't matter at all at that point. So, there is a secret to getting beyond the depression and the dissatisfaction with our breast size...and it is learning to realize that we have value that goes much, much deeper than a pair of larger breasts. I had to get my eyes off the breast size completely, and start looking at myself as a whole person that God loved very much, and that He knew all of my desires, hurts, needs, and purposes better than I knew them myself. When my outlook on life started matching up with His purposes for me, and His truths as found in His Word, then everything started falling into place. I started experiencing joy like I had never known before! I had peace and a feeling of being liberated from the chains that I had let myself be bound

with--the chains of the lies of Hollywood, the media and the "beautiful people", that I had to look a certain way to be attractive.I found that the time I invested in becoming more beautiful on the inside was much more rewarding than the time I spent investing on the outward appearance. Outward beauty fades and goes away...inward beauty lasts forever, and hopefully grows more and more beautiful as the years go by.I hope that helps give another perspective. ..Implants are not all they are cracked up to be...I know that from experience. I would hate to have implants now. I love the real me that God made best of all. I wish all women would realize that they are beautiful naturally, and that implants are too risky....they are truly dangerous! Take care and God bless,Patty>> I have been wanting to have saline breast implants for years. I am 36 years old and have three children and I am still an A cup!!!! I hate it!!!! Hi ,

What I meant by metals in the mouth is silver mercury fillings. My surgeon said

that metal catalysts are used in the manufacture of the implants and that these

metals and chemicals may interact with the metals in the mouth, forming an

increased synergistic toxicity. Women with implant illness tend to have high

levels of various metals in their body...tin, platinum, lead, arsenic, nickel

and mercury.

Your rods are most likely made of titanium or steel so there is no need for you

to worry about them. Your body is efficient at excreting anything it needs to.

However, if you added implants into the mix, your immune system might have

difficulty handling the implants too...or not...no one really knows.

There is actually a member on this forum, LinzLu, who has rods and had implants

and was explanted. She doesn't post often though.

By gut problems, I meant bloating and over time becoming lactose intolerant,

fructose intolerant and gluten intolerant...bascially reacting to ALL foods.

The autoimmune symptoms were MS and lupus-like. I lost vision in my left eye,

had brain fog, fatigue, numbness and other hypothyroid symptoms.

No, my husband didn't really like my implants. In fact, he said the same thing

your husband did...that I didn't need them and loved me the way I was. I was so

insecure that I went ahead with it because I thought it would make me " just a

little bit better " . Afterwards, he didn't complain ever but we both knew they

were hard, ugly and unnatural looking. After I was explanted he said he was so

happy to have the natural me back. I am too!! I don't know why I couldn't see

the beauty in myself before this whole nightmare. We are all perfect creations

of God, blessed with uniqueness and here we are all trying to fit the same fake

mold! It's crazy.

Yes, I still experience illness but through a tremendous amount of hard work I

am healing. For most women it is not a quick fix but takes months to years of

detoxing and rebuilding the immune system. I used to be a woman who was up at 6

am and ready to seize the day. Now it's all I can do to pick my kids up and go

to the grocery store due to chronic faituge. In the last 2 years though, I have

reversed glaucoma, optic neuritis, and a pins and needles feeling when I walk.

I have no doubt I will recover fully but the years lost are not worth it!!

Love your body, love yourself!!

Hi ,

I used to feel/worry about the same things. You know what though...it's

exhausting!!! And it's pointless!!! There will always be someone prettier,

smarter, nicer, richer, more successful, more talented, etc. You can't keep

your husband from noticing that, just as much as he can't keep you from noticing

a more physically attractive man...human nature! When you see a more attractive

man, does it make you love your husband any less? Probably not.

If you're insecure about your relationship, examine ways to build trust and

communication and enjoy one another. Same with yourself. Get to know what you

TRULY need for yourself to be happy.

Been there!

Hi . It is funny how are mind works. I was a AAA cup .. much smaller than

an A before implanting with saline 5 years ago. I explanted two weeks ago after

5 years of mounting illness.

Before my implant, I was so self conscious, and all I seemed to notice were

women much bigger boobs than me. However, now I am so so glad to be rid of

those implants! And, suddenly, I am noticing that there are plenty of women out

there the same size as me. And, I've noticed some flat-chested women wearing

clothes that I would not have dreamed of wearing, and they have lots of

confidence.

And, I came across this catalogue .. here's a link:

http://www.barneys.com/Premium%20Denim/MAILDENIM,default,sc.html

You'll find lots of flat-chested models.

Be glad that you have your health. It is so much more important! Guard it!!

I had saline implants for 5 years. The night of my implant surgery, I was

throwing up all night and into the next day. At the time, I thought it was an

anesthesia reaction, but I've been under anesthesia 6 other times without that

problem. Now, I wonder if it was a reaction to the foreign objects.

I started getting lots of symptoms 3 years ago .. fatigue, headaches, itchy

spots, swollen and tender lymph nodes, brain fog, typos, digestive troubles,

allergies, asthma, night sweats, joint pain, back and neck pain, .. you name it.

I always felt the implants were a bit of a mistake. They always caused me pain

... reading to my children in bed was difficult as I was always having to move my

kids to the side to prevent the pain if they leaned against the implants. I

never really felt like they were part of me. They looked good from the outside,

but they NEVER made me feel good from the inside.

Many of my symptoms have improved since explant 3 weeks ago. Most importantly,

I have my brain back!! It's a good thing!!
