My apologies for not paying attention. I know this just came up but I

can't remember the upshot and don't have archive access. The lid was

askew on my yogurt maker overnight (a Yogourmet, large single unit). Is

the yogurt still usable? If not for my IBD son, what about the rest of

the family? Thanks and take care, Fay

If the yogurt is fermented 24 hrs with the proper starters, correct

temperature etc. and the end product is tart it should be fine.

Everything checked out but the lid. This is great because not only is

yogurt cheaper than the DCCC called for in some recipes, but my son

usually likes the finished product better. Thanks and take care, Fay
