Guest guest
Hi fredrick.j.vondrak@g.., > does the freezing process destroy all the benfecial bacteria in the > yogurt? We are having trouble with our son eating it unless its > frozen. The freezing process kills many/most of the bacteria - but I don't know what percentage it is. How about mixing the yoghurt with some frozen fruit and serving immediately. It will be very cold and not very many should be killed. I have done this and it is similar to ice cream. You could also try dripping the yoghurt to make it thicker and remove some tartness. http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/yoghurt/dripp ing_yoghurt.htm Sheila, SCD 55 mos, 21 yrs UC mom of , SCD 40 mos
