SCD-ers get New Cookbook

The triumphant launch of Lass and Jody Bager's cookbook " The

Grain Free Gourmet " took place September 28, 2006 in Toronto. The

publisher says it's the definitive " yes " in answer to the question,

" Does the world need another cookbook? "

The cookbook conforms to protocols established in the book " Breaking

the Vicious Cycle, " by the late Elaine Gottschall for The Specific

Carbohydrate Diet (SCD). SCD is dedicated to healing gastro-intestinal

food disorders and autism. The diet has helped thousands to recover

their lives.
