Hello Kim,

I also have aol and that happened to me a couple times. How upsetting!!!!

I recently filled out a form for a friend and had her to completely write it

out first. In between typing I would read and answer e-mails to keep the

status active. Choose a time that would not be so busy for Internet traffic.

Sunday worked good for me. Or, you could down load the software some spoke of!

Maybe while you're fillling in the form, you should periodically copy and

paste everything into a word processor window, so if you get booted you won't

lose all your work,

Just click open your mail once in a while while doing the form so it will see

you are still active...just a suggestion...
