Hi Emma,

> kais constipation is bad at the moment but is clearly linked to

die off - hurah - at least i know now

When my yeast is bad I find my constipation gets bad (eczema & acne

return; joints ache; yeasty rashes etc.). Maybe that is part of the

equation for Kai, also.

duck/goose fat, i hope to add in squash at the end of the week

How is he with cooked green beans (insoluble fiber)?

> what i am concerned about because his bowels are sluggish anyway,

how can i tell if more fibrous foods will cause a problem, if he is

already constipated due to die off - we are up to a teaspoon of nut

yogurt a day?

How is he with nut baked goods? Not necessarily sweet muffins but

say nut bread. I had to stop prunes because the yeast was getting

worse; but using the carrot juice and garlic along with the nut

bread got things moving. I made sure that the nut flour had a very

fine grind. (I found the best relief with the yeast enzymes, used

in conjunction with SCD and the above).

So if you are already doing these things and the constipation is

quite bad (hard stool not going for days) you might consider some of

the other ideas for getting things moving glycerin suppository,

vitamin C etc.

Is it hard dry stool, what kind of frequency?
