This may not help much, but you should be able to use yogurt (after cautiously trying it out) since the lactose is gone. This will give you smoothies, certain breads, and broaden your horizons somewhat. If you're really desperate, you may want to try NAET to get rid of this allergy. OTOH, someone who's been struggling with Crohn's and other issues for years told me that on SCD he's been able to eat foods that were off limits for years. Could be with some time on SCD your allergies will ease up. I assume if you're here it's for some form of IBD. Are you on meds at all? A true dairy allergy can be very serious, but that would be a true IgE allergy that causes anaphylaxis.
