Guest guest
Actually, I have been thinking about all this and, not speaking for ANYONE BUT MYSELF, I am getting concerned . I too have precious little time OR sleep since my kids arrived. I have a bowel disorder ( lost 2 feet 3 yrs ago) also. I just assumed my mental short comings were factors of stress and sleep deprivation. now I am thinking I too may have MILD asd symptoms that have gone undetected for 35 yrs. What I am asking is WHAT do I do to regain my focus and memory?? besides ridding myself of my 2 fillings?? p.s this is NOT meant to offend listmates who disagree thanks Karla, mom to Jake, 4 yrs asd, sd. scd 7 months , 3 yrs, n.t. > >Reply-To: pecanbread >To: pecanbread > >Subject: Re: Defending the mothers of Autism/ / Was >Re: scd and putting on muscle >Date: Mon, 29 Aug 2005 10:13:56 -0500 > >Thanks, ! Guest guest
Karla, I'm no doctor, but for me, what helped a lot in that area is extra zinc (100mg) with my multivitamin, and 2 tsp cod liver oil each day. Also, B6 to dream recall. I realized I've probably been ADD all my life, and these things helped me. a H. > > > Actually, I have been thinking about all this and, not speaking for > ANYONE BUT MYSELF, I am getting concerned . Guest guest
female hormone recovery which is really what you are talking about is covered by posts on my message board over a while, whey needs to be discussed and thats not scd legal so it would pay to pick it up there http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/who_knows/ theres a heap of stuff basically and i have written up on it in my compendium http://tinyurl.com/2csa3 you need to be general in your approach and if you read other recent posts that i have made that covers a lot of ground memory issues is an extremely severe symptom, far more so than it appears so i would urge you to really get cracking on this, you may not have much time basically what applies for the kids applies just as much for the mums medicine has nothing to offer you except grief and cost > > > Actually, I have been thinking about all this and, not speaking for > ANYONE BUT MYSELF, I am getting concerned .
