Newbie with a Q - son has inflamation in small intestine

Hi

My son (9) ASD, was just scoped with a diag. of inflamation in

small intestine and malabsorption. I tried the diet for a short time

several months ago but went back to GF/CF. My Q is should I try the

diet again. Is it necessary to heal the intestine? is also not

growing and feel off the weight chart. He has not responded to any

biomedical therapies. Could that be that reason because of

malabsorption? Thanks for any replies. Should I not bother with any

supplements. Kerry
