Guest guest
We started diflucan about 2 months ago and ever since then we are having major problems with strept throat and now Sammie has had to be on antibiotics which I can tell is killing her stomach because she's refusing to eat the very few foods she eats. Any suggestions? Thanks, What kinds of enzymes work best for kids with Autism? I'm not asking for the name of it. Just the kind of enzyme and what it's suppose to help break down. Please if anyone has any info. about this, send it to me. Thanks in advance. Jenn & Kali Lessard 6 months scd

Guest guest
Hi , > We started diflucan about 2 months ago and ever since then we are having major problems with strept throat and now Sammie has had to be on antibiotics which I can tell is killing her stomach because she's refusing to eat the very few foods she eats. Any suggestions? What is she on the diflucan for? You might want to try die off remedies like epsom salt baths and activated charcoal. For the antibiotic: it may help to take yogurt and/or probiotics around the antibiotic doses - make sure they are as far apart as possible though because the antibiotics will probably kill the good bacteria in the probiotic and yoghurt. What antibiotic is she taking? Perhaps she can switch to a different one that doesn't cause as much gut problems. This list may help: http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/knowledge_base/kb/clostridium _difficile_antibiotics.htm When I had pneumonia I asked the doctor for something a little gentler. I took the doses three times a day because I found that bothered me less and didn't take the short course treatment.
