Did you follow the introductory diet for 3-5 days? It is important. many who

did not. go

back and start again and get better results.

No, I didn't--in part because the book says to follow that diet until

the diarrhea clears up, and never had diarrhea. The other thing

is that because she is so picky I hoped to replace the few foods she

was eating. If she won't eat the replacements, I'm worried that she's

even less likely to eat something from the intro list (she has never

in her life eaten a hamburger, soup, jello, or eggs although we've

presented them many times, whenever we have them).

I'm really at a loss. She is still not eating. Tomorrow will be day 4.

Should I present her with foods from the intro diet instead of what

I've been doing? She should be practically starving by tomorrow... right?

At this point I would offer her anything allowed on SCD that you think

that she might eat.

Popsicles, pudding, pancakes, cookies, cake, ice cream.

Bacon, anything.
