Guest guest
Hi everyone Here (in Iceland) everything is good. The spring is finally here, the grass is getting green and I'm loosing weight. I only weigh myself once a month at my doctors office it is either that or I would be constantly on the scale (might have to give up working). That way I lose over 15 lbs. each time and I don't know if I'm not loosing weight. I went on the scale April 28th and have lost around 60 lbs. I have gone from size 34 to 24 in pants. In tops I'm down to 2X and people tell me it is too big on me (but I still like everything bulky, that may change sometime though I can't image that). Food wise I'm doing great. It doesn't matter what I eat - I don't get dumping syndrome or anything unpleasant. (Well if I get loose bowel movement I know it is because I ate some fat that I should have left alone) So this is the greatest I've ever did. You know of course everything is in small quantity, and if I have ice cream (the good weather) I can't finish it both because it is too much and too rich for me and the strangest thing is I don't feel bad when I throw it out. That is the first for me for I always finished everything (I was brought up that way - think about all the starving people in Africa and all that - but I don't think that they are better of because I'm fat and overeat.) Such is life, I take my vitamins 3 times a day and try to follow everything Dr. Rutledge says, he knows best. Anyway I'm very happy and coming over to America next month. I'm going to conference in Denver and since I'm all ready in USA, I'm going to pop by Raleigh for a visit. If there is a clinic June 27th I meet you there. Hugs and kisses from Iceland.
