how do we know when our yeast overgrowth is eliminated?

I've been taking one Candex before bedtime, and I do notice that my stools have

been a little sandy the next day.

I'm assuming the sandiness is a sign that there is still yeast die-off, and so I

still must have a yeast overgrowth, even though I don't have any symptoms that I

know of of a yeast overgrowth.

My question is: when the yeast overgrowth is eliminated, will the stools stop

being sandy even if I continue to take Candex?

Is my above thinking correct? how will I know if I still have a yeast

overgrowth?

I know that there are stool and urine tests for yeast, but I really don't want

to take them. I'd rather understand the biological symptoms, and learn to read

my own body (it's also cheaper). Also, the stool tests, I've heard, have a 50%

error rate, and often don't show an overgrowth, even when there is one.

thanks for any advice,

Marilyn
