Guest guest
Hi Patty, Thanks for all the info!!! I got all of it, including the anti-inflammatory diet. I ordered two of Dr Fuhrman's books. I'm planning on doing another 3 week fast. I did one a year ago and had tremendous results. As soon as I started taking sleeping pills, all my awful symptoms came back. I hate drugs!!! After my fast, I'm going to go all raw for a few months. I do have some food sensitivities that I've never banished: wheat, gluten, eggs, and corn. I'm going to nix those as well and I'm positive I will feel much better. I've got to do everything I can to naturally to lower my inflammation level. What liver flush do you recommend? There are so many on curezone. Thanks again for the info and encouragement. It's comforting to know others have conquered their health issues. You're such an inspiration! Guest guest
Hi Hailey, I've done the Hulda liver flush, though I do not use epsom salts, or anything other than the organic olive oil and grapefruit juice. I use magnesium citrate, and it produces the same exact results as the epsom salts. (Epsom salts are magnesium sulfate, and a pharmacist told me that magneisum citrate can be substituted.) I'm sure you'll get alot out of the Dr. Fuhrman books! I'm so glad you like to read this stuff...I find health issues fascinating. It sounds like you have a great plan in place. I know how hard it is to address those hidden food issues. I've struggled with that as well. But I think for some women, eliminating foods that are causing problems are a VITAL KEY that needs to be addressed! Some people are not open to the suggestion of eliminating some of their favorite foods, though, and they will continue to struggle. It's a battle at times. I found the secret is to focus on what you CAN eat, and not what you can't. I'm really hoping and praying that you see some fantastic results from your new efforts Hailey! Patience is a virtue...trust that you are doing the right thing when you've read the info, put it into practice, and are counting on results. It may happen slowly, and it may seem like nothing is changing, until one day you realize that you feel really, really good again. It is such a blessed moment. Take care and God bless!
