People who are on SCD for IBDs may well find Digestive Wellness quite helpful, but I see from the last 2 weeks that SCD for autism is very different. Like I said, for people with IBDs on the diet, they may find DW and other prepared foods lifesavers. My son started SCD after a few weeks of prednisone, and no more diarrhea (relatively mild to start; he had arthritic symptoms and anemia, primarily). Since he had no more symptoms, and was on prednisone, so he was really hungry, we started SCD at a fairly accelerated pace. Take care, Fay (mother of 13 y.o. on SCD for 6 weeks, dx with Crohn's 3 months ago)
