anyone else getting sick quite a bit?

I was wondering if, in the process of getting well, it's possible to sick quite

a bit. I didn't used to get at all, now it seems like I'm getting sick quite a

bit.

I've only been SCD for a couple weeks.

In late August, I got the flu and strep throat, and am still not completely

well. Now, it seems another flu-like virus is hitting me.

Is my immune system just really low? I know I have a large yeast overgrowth,

but have been trying to go slowly. As soon as I finish the honey in my house, I

won't be replacing it. I hope to see an improvement then. If not, then juice

goes out the door next, and so on.

Anyone else getting sick quite a bit, and have some thoughts on why?
