Guest guest
Oh Robynn, please don't feel like you can't post here if you don't have surgery with Dr R. We have a couple of ladies here that looked into the MGB but for different reasons were unable to and had surgery somewhere else. As you know, I have heard good things about Dr Marema, that's why I invited you to also join the other group. We all have our reasons for having the MGB over another procedure, just as you will do fine if you decide to have the RNY. The RNY is a very established procedure and has been done for a long time. I am choosing Dr R's surgery because I like it's simplicity and easy reversal down the road if something ever happens to me that I need to have the nutrition. It's all a personal decision, and that does not make one procedure better than the other. I also like Dr R's level of experience---Marema and Champion have done alot of laps also, but not nearly the number that Dr R has. We promise we won't squabble over who has the better surgeon if you go with Dr Marema, LOL. Shari and Deloris have done just fine in here, regardless that they didn't have surgery here in NC. We'll be with you all the way. :-) fg At 06:22 PM 05/09/2000 -0400, you wrote: >yes Trash, I am here and a little more confused then usual, I went to dr. >Marema's Clinic last night, and it was very informative.
