Dane McCandless, University marketing student, died last night in

her sleep, a few days after receiving breast implants, according to

several of her friends.

McCandless had a breast implant operation and may have died from a blood clot, said Cardneaux, a friend of McCandless.

"She went home and took a nap and didn't wake up," Cardneaux said.

After the surgery she was fine, Cardneaux said, but after going

home, complications must have occurred. An autopsy will be done to

confirm the reason for her death, she said.
