Guest guest
I sure hope so too, for the numbness. I usually have numbness and burning every day, so it's been great to have a break from it. There are a lot of great exercise programs out there, I've heard " The Firm " is very good. I like T-Tapp because it's low impact and doesn't hurt my knees, also because it focuses on flushing out the lymphatic system for those of us who are autoimmune challenged, and there is something about balancing the metabolism too, although that part is confusing to me. You could probably find out more from Shomon, I like her a lot. I have heard that T-Tapp should be done every third day for those who are hypothyroid, you would need to call and get more info about that if you go forward with the program. I've been haphazardly taking Chlorella for toxin binding, I've added seaweed supplements to my diet, and I'm skin brushing religiously every day, that's it. > > > > > > Hi Patty, > > > > I purchased the book " MS Solution " , as well, and hope to start reading > > it soon.
