some helpful ideas, since she did it in 3 months. She weighed 270

when I heard from her a few weeks ago, so she had lost another 110

pounds in 6 mos. since her surgery (so counting her pre-surgery

weight

loss, she's lost 180 pounds so far!)

Here's a fellow who also had to lose weight before surgery and he had

a few complications with his surgery (always good to hear from some

people who had something other than the typical experience):

lbs., 6'1. " His surgery was on Mar. 10, 2000, and as of one month,

had lost 31 lbs.
