Guest guest
Hello everybody. I am 3.5 months out from my MGB (1/24/00) and am plateau'd at 57 lbs. I've been here for almost 3 weeks. I'm looking for any ideas that you have used to break through a plateau. I'm one of the lucky ones who can eat virtually anything I want - which is NOT always a GOOD thing! Here's what I normally eat..... --Breakfast - 1/3 cup of raisin bran cereal w/ fat free milk --Mid morning snack - goldfish crackers or fruit - pineapple or watermelon --Lunch varies, but not a huge meal. Small Chef salad or grilled cheese, fruit plate, 1/2 sandwich, pasta, veggies, etc. --Afternoon snack - fruit --Dinner - some kind of " normal " dinner such as....beef, chicken, fish, pasta, veggies, salad, mini-sandwich made on a dinner roll, chicken nuggets, etc. --evening snack - Juice, goldfish or sugarfree jello I am drinking very weak decaffinated tea w/ Sweet N Low, probably 24- 32 oz a day. I'll take any and all suggestions! Susie Bonds MGB 1/24/00 283/227 (-57lbs)
Guest guest
Susie, I may be the wrong person to say this, but have you thought of more protein and less carbs, Protien helps with keeping you body burning fat, carbs turn into sugar, so our body says ok I will burn this and not what is stored, ergo not as much weight loss.
