Guest guest
I saw something at one time (before SCD) that said the acidophilus in yogurt only stays in the intestine for a few days before it is flushed out and that it does not become a permanent resident of the intestine. But the acidophilus in a capsule does remain in the intestine. Does anyone know if this is true? Arn't the bacteria the same???
