its not really possible to supplement and diet effectively unless you

home school and the other plus is schools these days are just another

name for 'chronic viral incubator'

the viral exposure is so extreme now that just sending a child to

school creates so much viral exposure that its difficult for a child

to make progress

the school system has collapsed btw, it just a very persistent corpse
