Thanks for agreeing to stick it out with me. I did call my PCP today (thanks

for the reminder). I have an 8:30 am appointment on Monday, I had my

mammogram today and I filled out my PI form today without any problems UNTIL

I printed a copy for me and ran out of ink (never heard of that one before)

so in my effort to fix it, I was going to change the black ink to blue ink,

somehow I left it and of course when I got back all my typed information was

GONE. That's ok, I left for the mammo early, went to Walmarts and got a new

cartridge. I have to leave in 5 mins for carpool, so when I get back at 4

PM, I " M TYPING THAT FORM AGAIN AND SUBMITTING IT GIRL!! Talk to you soon,

Hi Liz-

Sure sounds like you had a hectic day. I know what you mean about the ink

cartridge. When I was putting together my appeal package I ran out of ink

(and I had just put in a new one). Oh well, my appeal did come through so I

guess the cartridge was worth it.

Did you get that form submitted?

Glad to hear that you have your doctor appointment soon. Let us know what he

says.

BTW wasn't that mammogram loads of fun? I had my first one in preparing for

the MGB.

What an experience.
