Ah Ha! This is the part that scares me. I don't want to be unnecessarily

snoopy but would you explain this in detail? And, what happens to you if you

are out at a restaurant, can you eat at all or does it come right back up?

Does it feel the same as vomiting because I would rather die than vomit.
