I am still computer challenged, but I think I did this right this time. I

sincerely thank all of you (my MGB family) for the prayers, and support

you've given me. I really love you guys just as much (or more) than my

biological family--I digress, that's a whole other session!! I lost another

2 pounds this checkup--I'm obsessive about bloodwork, and have it done every

three weeks. I was at a plateau for a while, but then started taking the

dreded Citrucell. Dr. Rutledge was right--he is so wise. Regarding the

eating limitations, I found at Easter that I was loving JellieBellies toooo

much, and stopped, but sometimes treat myself to an oreo. I am a FORMER

diabetic, so am still conscious regarding sugar; ;although I have had no

dumping - only once from two fried onion rings!! Regarding Dr. Rutledge

and his charges, I can tell you this, he does not charge nearly enough for

the care/knowledge/support he gives his patients. When my insurance balked,

I told them " fine, I'll change the dx code, and pay him the usual

$45,000 " --they paid in full the next day. This procedure has been a life

saver to me; although I have complications - not Dr. Rutledge's fault at

all----I would trust him with my life again!! xoxox Rexanne
