Severe Brain fog help?

Hi all,

For about 2 months now I have had severe brain fog symptoms. It used to be

something that came and went in the time I have been sick overall, but now for a

couple months now it seems to be relentless. I would describe this as feeling

drunk in a bad way, feeling like I'm in a haze, extremely spacey, ungrounded,

out-of-it, like I'm stoned--but again in a bad way -- and it has been

accompanied by some level of dizziness and vertigo.

I was diagnosed with MS 3 years ago(I don't have implants) but I have yet to

meet anyone with MS who has brain fog to this level or at this consistency--and

hence I am not even sure at this point if the brain fog is part of the MS

constellation, or I am dealing with something else.

Does anyone have suggestions? No matter what diet I have tried the past couple

months--whether it be juice fasts, water only, or eating a healthy diet, the

brain fog seems to be at a severe level, without much variation--just

relentless.

I am even wondering if I need to do a new MRI to see if perhaps I have a brain

tumor or something--it is that bad. Ugh.

Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

I know exactly waht you mean and it is totally miserable.

Mine has gotten better with : strict diet, vegetable broth (3 cups daily), zinc,

multivitamin, liver work (3 T lecithin a day for several months, olive oil/lime

drink daily), parasite cleanse, antioxidants.

I feel for you - it is so horrible.

-Hi ,

You really should seek another opinion and if you are diagnosed with MS there

are some drugs that help lessen the severity of your symptoms. MS is not a

disease to be ignored, however, most people that I know are able to function

with treatment. Hope this helps, good luck!
