I'm taking one I bought from Kirkman's awhile ago, but it has mannitol and

sorbitol in it, so I know that it's illegal.

I also notice that I have increased yeast symptoms since I've been taking it,

but when I went to the health food store, I couldn't find any brands that didn't

have some kind of an illegal sweetener in it.
