Guest guest Posted December 6, 2005 Report Share Posted December 6, 2005 My son is highly allergic to various nuts as well as eggs. I am trying to bake for him and bought coconut flour. Problem is when baking with coconut flour the food tends to be very grainy, which is a turn off to my son, who also has some oral sensory issues. Any suggestions regarding alternative flours to use?
