A suggestion was listed the other day by Jackie, but I paid no attention, of course. A woman from another group suggested 1000 mgs of B12 with folic acid and I will try this. As it happens, our tiny town of less than 4000 has a health food store that I visit for other things. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Guest guest
Hi all, Just wanted to post a bit about how things are going for me and see ifthere are any suggestions. Main complaints: terrible digestion and fatigue I am 5'4 " and weight 100 pounds, so really do not think I should fast. I'm looking for ideas on how I can cleanse and not lose weight - that's my main concern. I am eating a lot of fat but not gaining weight. Anyone else in this same predictament ? (i react to almost all foods, I think it is due to SIBO and I will be embarking on the biofilm protocal I posted earlier). I have made vast improvements since starting specific carbohydrate diet 7 months ago but still so sick.
Guest guest
Hi Mersan1998, I am in the same predicament...diganosed w/ SIBO, tried the SCD diet among several others throughout the years. It's a slow process but I think you are on the right path. I haven't looked at your biofilm link but am very interested as I used to work w/ autistic children and have been quite amazed at the similarites among them and us with chronic illness. Keep doing what you are doing...sounds like you've read a lot and are on the right track. I think for me, juicing celery and cucumber every morning has been quite cleansing. I know some women react from too many greens though. I did at first but now after two years I tolerate it fine. I am the same way about fasting...I want to do it and have attempted but since I only weigh 100 pounds like you and have a really high metabolism, it's difficult. I do think 's juice fasting protocol using bentonite is of benefit. Other detox I've found helpful: coffee enemas, FIR sauna and liver flushes. Good luck. Guest guest
HI Perfecthealth, We are very much alike. Question for you - do you LOOK really really thin ? Also, did you buy a FIR ? That is on my agenda as something I feel I need to do but am scared as I'veheard ofsome that got worse head symptoms at first. Do you have spaciness as I do ? (head feels as though in a fishbowl?) So, was just trying to see if I could get some of these symptoms under control first. I have been doing a slow liver flush which consists of a drink of 2 raw egg yolks, 2 T oil and juice of 3 limes each morning. Once or twice I week I ramp up to 6T of oil a day. I'll also incorporate coffee enemas. Thanks for the suggestions. Oh, I'll also pick up on the juicing. > > > > Hi all, > > Just wanted to post a bit about how things are going for me and see ifthere are any suggestions. > > > > Main complaints: terrible digestion and fatigue > > > > I am 5'4 " and weight 100 pounds, so really do not think I should fast. > > > > I'm looking for ideas on how I can cleanse and not lose weight - that's my main concern. Guest guest
Wow, you've really done alot! I'm sorry to hear that they've weakened you. This is important to know. I had not heard that before. What have you been doing to increase the nutrients in your bowels? Are you using probiotics? Kefir? Yogurt? I've known that feeling of being depleted. It's awful. I'm ending a 5 day water only fast today...and I definitely feel depleted. I think our healing efforts have 2 front lines of attack. One is detoxing to get out all the bad junk. The other is replacing all that is missing, or at low levels, and that is the mystery. I think hormones are involved, yet hormonal balance is greatly ignored or misunderstood in our medical field. Getting the best nutrients is vital, and at the same time, we have to be aware that some foods, such as gluten, can prevent healing. It's a difficult journey, but it is not impossible! Thanks for sharing your experiences. Take care, Patty > > > > > > Hi all, > > > Just wanted to post a bit about how things are going for me and see ifthere are any suggestions. > > > > > > Main complaints: terrible digestion and fatigue > > > > > > I am 5'4 " and weight 100 pounds, so really do not think I should fast. > > > > > > I'm looking for ideas on how I can cleanse and not lose weight - that's my main concern.
