Guest guest
Dearest Alina: Welcome to this wonderful group of women. I think that many of us have severe joint pain, and that should be checked by a good Rheumatologist. My joint pain started many years ago, and it had improved. In the last few months my back has been quite painful, and my legs as well. Many women have painful feel, and that seems to go away in time. I had silicone breast implants; however, the saline seem to cause many of the same problems. Honey, please stay close, and we will all help you to get well again. Sending love and prayers to you....Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` joint pain?? Hi all! Just was wondering if anyone experienced joint pain after explant. I had my saline implants removed ago a year ago in February and just in the last 6 months I've been having alot of pain mostly in my hips and knees.. wasn't sure if it was related. Also what is the best detox option for a beginner?? I haven't done one or really even heard about them but I've seen alot of people talk about different detoxs on here and I really want to do one! Any advise? And also why are infrared saunas better than normal ones? Thanks everyone, Happy Birthday America!! :)Alina
Guest guest
Hi Alina, I had some minor joint pain after explant that I got rid of through fasting. It was in my hands, but I've also heard from women who had back pain, hip, knee and neck pain. The best detox for a beginner would probably be the Master Cleanse, along with a vegetarian diet. Cutting out processed foods, meats and other heavy waste producing foods will allow your body the chance to clear out. A raw fruit and vegetable diet will get you started down the right road, and if you can do the fasting as well, you will do a lot of good. One older book that has some great ideas is Dr. Weil's " 8 Weeks to Optimum Health " . He takes things step by step, and offers some great suggestions. You could probably get it used very cheap. You may want to look through our files section for detoxes, and I believe I have a FAQ file with a long list of detoxing suggestions. An infrared sauna is different from a steam sauna, in that it penetrates the skin surface to allow the body to sweat from the inside out, getting a deeper cleansing. Steam saunas can breed germs in the moist air, also, which is not a good thing. An infrared sauna uses dry heat.
